Oral presentations
– The speakers can bring a USB stick with their presentation in the morning of their session day.
– The length of all parallel talks is 20 minutes, including questions, invited talks – 40 minutes, including questions. Plenary sessions will have presentations of 45 minutes in length, including questions.
Poster presentations
– The participants are responsible for printing their posters.
– The poster should be displayed before the poster session starts.
– The location of the poster sessions will be announced at the venue.
– Pins and tape will be provided.
– The posters must be removed at the conclusion of the session.
