Reserving a Hotel Room

Room reservations must be made by calling +1 (800) 422-0600. To receive these special rates it is imperative to indicate the group affiliation as International Conference on Defects in Semiconductors block and the Booking ID Number 10732 when making reservations.

If you are interested in sharing lodging (or rides to the conference), please contact john.lyons [at] nrl.navy.mil to get added to our ICDS 2023 google group ( https://groups.google.com/g/icds-2023) to discuss with other attendees.

A credit card deposit of one night’s room and tax is required as a deposit. Cancellations require 72-hour notice in order to receive the deposit refund.

The Group rates at the Atlantic Sands Hotel & Conference Center are valid until August 1st, 2023.

Additional Hotel block
A secondary hotel block at our sister property, The Breakers Hotel and Suites located two blocks west of The Atlantic Sands could act as an overflow for attendees of the ICDS Conference. This secondary block would include a variety of room types at a discounted group rate. Please book by August 1st, 2023.

Due to limited space, we recommend booking as early as possible to receive this special rate—please note that once the reserved/contracted room block is full, the room availability and rate are not guaranteed and may vary.
